Take hypoglycemia apart: hypo- (below normal), glyc (sugar) and -emia (blood condition), so low blood sugar. Every medical word has at least one root, almost every one has a suffix, and many have no prefix at all. Learn the parts once and thousands of terms become readable. Any order of the three names is fine.
